Haley Adams is a North Carolina native who has made a name for herself in the sport of CrossFit™ and has earned the titles of Fittest Teen on Earth in 2018 and Fittest American Female in 2021.
After spending seven years as a competitive gymnast and playing virtually every sport she could fit into her busy schedule, Adams tried CrossFit for the first time during her freshman year of high school, quickly finding her pace in the sport and falling in love with it.
Recently, Haley was ranked 4th in the world before taking a quick break from competing in 2023. Haley expects to return to the sport in 2024 in what many anticipate will be a big comeback. “For now, I’m putting myself first, and spending time working on myself and being with my pets Leo, Jasper and Ollie.”
Haley understands what it takes to keep her body nourished for her rigorous training schedule and she holds the same standard of healthy eating when it comes to feeding her pets.
