If you or your pet are not completely satisfied with your Nulo.com purchase, simply email us at customercare@nulo.com or call us at (512) 476-6856 for a full refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Lastly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@nulo.com.
Order Cancellations (if applicable)
Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment. If order has been shipped, customer must return product to receive a refund in accordance with our return policy.
